Surestay Hotel By Best Western Williams

Many flies in my room. I killed 29 flies in two days! Lampshade broken in room. Iron did not work. Shower was cold, hard to adjust temp. Poorly paved road to get to hotel.Pool and spa out of order and they are not fixing the filter problem.

Perfect staff and the location was marvellous. The room was clean had updated decor and available with a good bed.

Needed a pet friendly motel

I asked for a ground level room because my dog has a bad back. I was told none were available but most first floor rooms were vacant during my 2 days there. The most upsetting. I was on a hunting trip and was leaving at 5-5:30 am so free breakfast was out of the question but when I tried to fill my thermos, there was no coffee and no cups

The bed was comfortable the room was clean people were friendly

John, the desk man was very courteous and accommodating. The refrigerator and microwave were a nice addition.

Made my reservation minutes ahead of my arrival and even at 1 a.m I was greeted with a smile and they changed my room to the ground without a problem. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ready when I was. Zero complaints. I'll stay here everytime I pass through.

Again - zero complaints.

The bed was super comfy! The location was quite noisy due to traffic, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall a decent stay 😊

Our overall experience and stay at this Williams Econolodge was acceptable. Staff members we pleasant and accommodating. Room was adequate and comfortable.

The only complaint was that the room smelled of light cigarette Oder. We forgot to mention that we wanted non smoking room. And we also had a little trouble with the vanity light not working but maintenance was prompt to come and fix it. Twice! Didn't effect our overall rating. If ever we have an occasion to need overnight accommodations we will consider this Econolodge again.

Close to freeway, but couldn't hear traffic over air conditioner, so not a problem at the time.

The check-in experience was smooth and cute, even at 12:30 AM. I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff who greeted us with a smile. The late check-in option allowed us to settle in without stress. The cozy beds ensured we got good rest after a long drive, reflecting the comfort I seek in a hotel stay.

The room layout, while functional, felt a bit cramped for two guests with luggage.

It was just a great match for a break on a long journey in Williams with fantastic value for money. The staff was helpful when I arrived late and needed my room quickly. Make sure to double-check your reservation before arriving.
